Terms of Service

1. Service provider details
H2O — Just Add Water Limited, registered address: Hong Kong S.A.R. — Ho King Comm Centre, 2–16, Flat 2304, 23/F, registration no.: 78671558-000-08-25-1, email: office@h2o.spot (the "Provider").
2. Description of the service
The Provider operates the chat-based website-building service Calmyx at calmyx.com (the "Service"). Through a conversation, the User receives a static (non-dynamic) website with at most one contact form. The exact package contents are set out in the current Pricing page, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
3. Registration and account
Using the Service requires creating an account by providing: full name, email address, phone number, company name (or the User's own name for sole traders), tax ID or registration number, and company address. The account becomes active once the email is verified and a password is set.
4. Order process
- The User provides the information needed to build the website through the chat interface.
- The Provider generates a preview of the website on a temporary, non-public subdomain.
- The User reviews and approves the preview.
- Payment is only taken after approval.
- Once payment is confirmed, the Provider registers the domain, publishes the website, and sets up any requested email accounts.
5. Prices and payment terms
Current fees are set out on the website's Pricing page. The Provider reserves the right to change prices; already-concluded contracts remain subject to the prices in effect at the time of conclusion.
6. Right of withdrawal
The Service is built individually, based on the User's specific requirements. By confirming payment, the User expressly agrees that the Provider begins performance immediately upon payment confirmation, and acknowledges that this results in the loss of the standard right of withdrawal.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and the relationship between the parties are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
8. Intellectual property
The content, logo, and domain of the finished website belong to the User once payment has been made. AI-generated logos come with no guarantee of trademark clearance.
9. Limitation of liability
The Provider acts with reasonable care but accepts no liability for the accuracy of information supplied by the User, or for indirect damages, to the fullest extent permitted by the governing law.
10. Termination of service
The User may discontinue the Service at any time simply by not renewing the maintenance fee, with no cancellation process or penalty. The domain remains the User's property.
11. Complaints
Complaints can be sent to office@h2o.spot. Response time: 4 business days.
12. Changes
The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and will notify Users via the website and/or email.
